Using AI as a Marine Surveyor - IIMS presentation

We recently attended the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS) annual conference held at the Maritime Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies (MITAGS) in Maryland. The event was very well attended, both in person and online, with a strong lineup of speakers covering timely and relevant topics in marine surveying.

I was invited to speak about our real-world experience putting AI into practice for report writing, and it was encouraging to see how well the topic was received. One of the highlights was watching attending surveyors immediately begin testing AI tools in practical, meaningful ways following the session.
